Refund Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro subscription in one click from the billing portal (Studio → the PRO badge → billing). You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; you won't be charged again.
When we refund
- Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, or charges after you canceled, are refunded in full — always.
- Something broke. If a Pro feature was genuinely unusable for you and we couldn't fix it, ask us — we'd rather refund than keep money for something that didn't work.
- Changed your mind. If you subscribed within the last 14 days and haven't meaningfully used Pro features, email us and we'll refund your first payment.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email with the word REFUND in the subject. We reply within a few business days; approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe (typically 5–10 business days to appear).
Annual plans
The same rules apply. Outside the 14-day window we may refund the unused remainder pro-rata at our discretion — just ask.
